What is the return policy? TOP
I take great pride in all of my charmed creations. If, for some reason, you are not happy with your piece, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase. Pieces that have been worn will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Will you take custom orders? TOP
If you are looking for a particular color or style, please email me with the details. I will do my best to create a custom piece for you. Please be aware that custom pieces will take longer to complete due to inventory. I will need at least 3 weeks notice for any custom order.
If you are a bride, I will schedule an appointment with you to design your wedding jewerly. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for any bridal jewelry. Bridal jewelry requires a minimum of 1 month notice. Less than 1 month will require an additional fee of $25.00.
Can I send a check for payment? TOP
Payment can be completed through PayPal for those who prefer to charge. I will also accept personal checks as a form of payment. Checks should be made out to Charmed by Mel. Please email me to let me know that you will be paying by check. I will then inform you of my mailing address. Your charmed creation will only be sent to you once your check has cleared with the bank.
How do I use a coupon on the website? TOP
If you are paying by credit card, proceed through the checkout process. I will then refund your money through PayPal for the amount of the coupon. Please make sure to indicate your coupon in the 'message box' when checking out.
If you are paying by check, please email me with the coupon details and I will send you an email with the amount to be paid. This amount will reflect the discount.
