What is the return policy? TOP
I take great pride in all of my charmed creations. If, for some reason, you are not happy with your piece, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase. Pieces that have been worn will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Will you take custom orders? TOP
If you are looking for a particular color or style, please email me with the details. I will do my best to create a custom piece for you. Please be aware that custom pieces will take longer to complete due to inventory. I will need at least 2 weeks notice for any custom order.
Can I send a check for payment? TOP
Payment can be completed through PayPal for those who prefer to charge. I will also accept personal checks as a form of payment. Checks should be made out to Melissa Nolan. Please email me to let me know that you will be writing a check. I will then inform you of my mailing address. Your charmed creation will only be sent to you once your check has cleared with the bank.
